It took over a month from my hire date for the authentication error to be resolved (logging in takes you to a blank page that never loads.) If your manager calls technically support, they don't know what to do if your login is spelled correctly. The ticket was escalated, and they left me a voice mail telling me to make sure my login info is correct, and that would fix the problem.
