There was an issue with clocking in and out that was supposedly resolved, was not resolved for me though. I've un-installed, reinstalled, reset my mobile network settings, refreshed my network connection, pretty much everything I can do beyond completely resetting my phone to factory settings. Used to work fine then gave an error message "an unexpected error occurred". This behaviour isn't normal and it sounds as though you have tried many ideas to resolve. Please email our team at [email protected] with your full name as it appears in WorkJam, employer name and any error screenshots. We will then be able to assist further.This app is trash. It took over a month from my hire date for the authentication error to be resolved (logging in takes you to a blank page that never loads.) If your manager calls technically support, they don't know what to do if your login is spelled correctly. The ticket was escalated, and they left me a voice mail telling me to make sure my login info is correct, and that would fix the problem.
