Newer versions of Fraps and Precision run fine without triggering PB (I currently run Fraps 3.0.3 and Precision 2.0.0).I use Fraps without issue in my own public (8.9.17.135:28960) and private CoD4 servers, both of which always have PB running, as well as in many other public servers.
