To which the appropriation of Abishag as his wife would lend an appearance of legitimacy. Solomon therefore ordered that Adonijah be executed. There is no specific mention of what happened to Abishag after that episode, although there is speculation that she became just one of the vast number of wives and concubines that King Solomon possessed (as noted in 1 Kings 11:3). They have been:“All human beings are sinful,But, I know their hearts.I know which children are mine! This man, woman, and child,I will save a remnant for MYSELF?I will die for these people?Yes! They are truly sorry for their sins. These people? Yes, they make mistakes,But I love them anyway?I will die for MY children,But on the third day rise again? And thus make it possible for them,FOREVER to live with ME, In Everlasting Joy, and Peace?”CEvA November 15 2014 • 0 responses • Vote Up • Share • Report Vince Wong Become an eBible supporter like Vince Wong! They thought they'd put Jesus into a no-way-out situation, kinda caught him between a rock and a hard place. Jesus knew their intentions. He bent down to appear like he was writing something but I believe he was just trying to remind them (and us) that it was HIM (JESUS) that wrote the Ten Commandment (Read Exo 31:18 & Deu 9:10). The finger that wrote the commandments on the stones given to Moses was the finger of Jesus. Essentially, he was telling them, "I wrote the Ten Commandments." Then of course, he got up and gave his awe-inspiring response to the crowd. That's our Lord! And cast down another army of angels to the earth and confine them there (Rev. 12:7- 12). All fallen ones will be confined to hell forever (Mt. 24:41 Rev. 20:10). They are spirit beings. In Mathew gospels, question has been raised concerning marriage, this is what Jesus said in Mathew: 22:30“For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.”if we are going to be like angels there is no Gender. Even God is neither male nor female,he has no gender. August 12 2019 • 1 response • Vote Up • Share • Report Ben Jones Become an eBible supporter like Ben Jones! The walls were very high and multicolored, but he didn't see an entrance gate. Then the angel at his right touched the wall and gates appeared. At that point he woke up in an ambulance with an EMT standing over him saying, "We've got him back." I asked him what the angels looked like. He said they were all dressed in white robes and three of them were very handsome, very muscular and had rather long hair. The other three angels were slightly smaller, slightly less muscular and were exceptionally beautiful and had longer hair than the other angels. I asked him if they were females. He said they appeared to be very feminine yet very powerful, so me, being a male, asked if they had breasts. He said no, but he did think they were "females" because of their striking beauty and apparent femininity. Obviously breasts would not be needed in heaven (and it was a dumb question). They saw that the women of earth were desirable. Their offspring were the nephelium. The angels with Lot were male and the men outside Lot's door desired them. The Book of Enoch names many of them and what they are responsible for. God created the earth, then man and woman. God sent His Son to walk this earth
