Here are the options that you can try: Switch to Classic Outlook: Toggle off the new Outlook in Settings to access full rule functionality. Use Outlook Desktop: Set up an auto CC rule via File > Manage Rules & Alerts. Power Automate: Create a flow to auto CC sent emails if you have access to Microsoft 365 Power Automate.For now, you can also submit feedback via Help > Feedback to request this feature in the new Outlook.
