Since November 2016, i have installed on my Win10 laptop, two CC 2017 trials: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017. I haven't used them for a long time and now i can't uninstall them. When i go to Programs & Features menu and select Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017 to uninstall, an error appears, saying: "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\HD Core\Uninstaller.exe'". So, i can't uninstall it.Inside Programs & Features menu, i see only Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017. Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 isn't listed there. On the other hand, both programs are listed inside Start menu.I downloaded the CC desktop app and it didn't recognize any installed CC apps. Then, i uninstalled it.I used Adobe CC Cleaner Tool, selecting the 4th option (CC Apps), but CC Cleaner tool didn't give me Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017 in the list of apps to clean up. Also, inside C:\Program Files\Adobe path, there are "Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017" and "Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017" folders.Could you tell me, how do i completely uninstall both programs? Many years ago i installed a "try-ut version" of CS5. I think is also when Adobe air was installed.I don't use this computer much and haven't thought much about this. However, today I have been going through old programs etc. This is when I noticed I have something called "Adobe air uninstaller" and "Adobe air application installer" in the Program folder. I don't think I need Adobe Air and thought I should try to uninstall it - but when I doubleclick the Adobe Air uninstaller it just says "This version of Adobe Air is already installed".So how do I actually UNinstall it???And when I double-click the "Adobe air application installer" I am encouraged to choose an installation package. There is also a folder called "Adobe installers" but it looks empty.Looking into this I also found a folder in my Library/Application Support/Adobe. In this folder there are folders calledAAMUpdaterAdobe PDFAIRColorContensstoreCS5Service managerLingusticaSINGIn Finder there is also an Adobe folder that contains "Adobe content Viewer", Adobe Help and a folder called "Flash player" (however the Flashplayer seem to be found in a separate folder in the Utility folder (I think this is what it's called in english).I want to keep the Flashplayer I have in the Utility folder, but I want to get rid of all the other Adobe stuff. Can I just trash them from the Library and from the folders (will nothing stay on the computer then??), or how do I get about this in the best way?I'll be very happy if someone could help out!!My computer is an Imac with Yosemite.Adobe I/O: Building an Integration with Adobe I/O
I have Windows 10. After a recent Windows update, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC will no longer open when I click on the icon, nor open when I right click and run as administrator. If I click on a PDF file it will not open Reader either. I removed the Windows 10 update, and took my computer back to a restore point before Adobe Reader stopped working, but it still won't.I tried using a Adobe Reader repair tool, rebooting, reinstalling Adobe Reader; I tried simply uninstalling Adobe Reader myself and downloading it again and installing it, it still does not work.I checked and Adobe Reader is the default app to open PDF files.Under Windows Services, Adobe Acrobat Update Service is Running and set to Automatic. So are Adobe Genuine Monitor Service and Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service. There is also an Adobe LM Service listed as Manual Startup type.Frustrated, I loaded a program called PDF Viewer Plus, and that works to open the PDF's. So I know they are not corrupt. But I would like to use Adobe Reader again. No other program on my computer has ceased to function, only Adobe Reader.Help!. Hi Adobe. What is Adobe I/O Runtime?Adobe I/O Runtime is like a magic wand for developers. It’s a serverless computing platform, meaning developers can focus solely on writing code without worrying about managing servers or infrastructure. Think of it as a virtual playground where your code runs, triggered by specific events or actions.Use Case in AEMSuppose we’re building a dynamic website with AEM that relies heavily on external data from various APIs. Instead of embedding API logic directly into your AEM project code, we can leverage Adobe I/O Runtime. This can be done through simple steps:API logic is written in Adobe I/O Runtime code, typically in JavaScript.Through AEM code we can make requests to these APIs.When an API request is received, Adobe I/O Runtime executes the corresponding actions, retrieves the data, and sends it back to your AEM application. Why does Adobe I/O Runtime Matter in AEM?In simple terms, Adobe I/O Runtime makes AEM more powerful. Here’s how:No Servers, No Hassle: With Adobe I/O Runtime, we don’t need to set up or maintain servers. We can write code, and deploy it, and Adobe takes care of the rest. Less time spent on infrastructure means more time building dynamic features. Example: We need to integrate a weather API into the AEM website. Instead of managing a dedicated server to handle API calls, we can write a function in Adobe I/O Runtime that fetches data from the API whenever a user visits the weather page.React to Events: AEM generates events such as content updates, form submissions, or user interactions. Adobe I/O Runtime lets create functions that automatically respond to these events. Example: When a new blog post is published in AEM, Adobe I/O Runtime can automatically trigger a function that sends notifications via email or pushes updates to social media.Cost-Efficient Scaling: With traditional servers, you’re paying for uptime even when your services aren’t being used. Adobe I/O Runtime charges you only for the resources used when your functions run. Example: During a product launch, traffic spikes can lead to high server costs. With Adobe I/O Runtime, the function scales automatically to handle the surge, but you only pay for the requests processed, not idle server time.Easy Integration: Adobe I/O Runtime integrates smoothly with AEM and other Adobe services, as well as third-party APIs and tools. Example: We need to integrate with an external CRM. Instead of embedding the logic in AEM, we use Adobe I/O Runtime to create an API that handles communication with the CRM, keeping the AEM project clean. How Adobe I/O Runtime Works: A Step-by-Step BreakdownAdobe I/O Runtime operates based on an event-driven architecture. Here’s how its components work together:1. ActionsThese are the core pieces of code that perform specific tasks when triggered bySolved: Re: How I do this i Adobe - Adobe Community -

My Firefox Add-ons Manager shows two entries for Shockwave Flash:Shockwave Flash 11.8.800.94Shockwave Flash 9.0.45.0For the version 9 entry, there is a warning "Shockwave Flash is known to be vulnerable and should be updated". If I click the "Disable" button for this, it also disables the version 11 entry. Then, if I return to Add-ons mananager, it will show both versions 9 and 11 disabled. If I click "Enable" for the version 11 entry, then both versions 9 and 11 are enabled. This is with Firefox 22.0, Windows XP SP3. I also have Adobe Creative Suite CS3 and Adobe Reader XI installed.I ran a file search for files with the string "NPSWF32" in the name. Apart from the version 11 dll ("NPSWF32_11_8_800_94.dll"), there were six files named "NPSWF32.dll" on my system in these locations:C:\i386C:\WINDOWS\system32C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 11.0\ReaderC:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Bridge CS3\browser\pluginsC:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Contribute CS3\Configuration\PluginsC:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\configuration\PluginsC:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash CS3\AIK\runtimes\air\win\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0I do not know whether all of the above copies of the DLL are necessary or causing problems; however, I do wonder whether Firefox's warning about a real or phantom Flash version 9 security problem should be addessed. If so, what do I do?Comments
